We have just setup a Facebook Group to help pool Ideas for Govt, and have setup a similar Reddit also

It is important that this is a bi-partisan group, and focus on data, generating and farming other countries great ideas.

There are 3 parts to our organisational process:

  1. Data analysis: Clearly defined problem statements (happy for Govt to share these with us).
  2. Idea generation and farming: Emphasis is on practical, high quality ideas, this means a large volume of ideas created or researched, with a small number of candidate ideas promoted.
  3. Idea promotion: Publishing / sharing of ideas, as well as building connections to different political parties for them to promote and debate.
